Part 87

 Ram and priya were on their way to the hospital , ram placed his palm over priya’s hand and said “kya hua tumhe , why you were behaving like that … at the break fast table …

“Mr.Kapoor … meine … jo bhi kiya bahut soch samjh ke kiya and , you have faith in me naa…” priya looked at ram , he witnessed her wet eyes …  ram came closer to her , “hey !!! I was just asking baby ….” Ram enveloped priya in his arms and said “ priya .. I have full faith on you baby …. I was just asking …”

Priya sat straight , “app mujhe hospital drop karke office chale jayiye …. I will meet u later on.”

“arey I also want to know , about papa ji .. come on priya…” ram exclaimed …

“ I know mr.kapoor , but I also habve the idea about your Japanese clients coming today ….” Prita looked at ram , he said, how she came to know about the clients … priya smiled , she said “ mr.kapoor , mein hoon naa , mein papa ko dekhke poori report app ko de dungi .. office jake trust me ….” She placed her palm on his firmly …. , she smiled broad , as they reached hospital , priya get out from the car , ram followed her .

‘kya hua , I told you naa , just go …” priya turned ram and gave a soft push to him , ram turned and said that he is not going n e where , he is only going wd her , to meet papa … priya opened the car door , giving a hitler look , she said “get it ram ….”

‘ arey .. bhaga kyun rahi hoo …. Mujhe … priya ….” Ram said surprisingly …

‘ business is also important …. Ram …” priya said …

“but I don’t want to go priya …” ram made faces …

“JAO ….. RAM ….” Priya pointed her finger to the car , ram helplessly got into the car , he before leaving said that he will be sending the car back to the hospital , and she must not protest in that … priya smiled as ram left ….

Priya walked into the hospital , she has already asked karthik to take shipra to their family doctor , karthik  obeyed his sister , priya also knew that nutz has to visit the kids school , she walked inside , and asked for Doctor , under whom sudheer was being admitted , the nurse asked priya to wait … as the doctor , is in an Emergency Operation , priya in the mean time called in the ICu and wanted to fetch information about sudheer ji but the doctors only said that , he is stable ….

After waiting for an hour or 2 , the doctor came , he addressed priya , and wished her , priya stood up , and before she could say n e thing the doctor asked priya to come with him …. Priya walked behind the doctor , following him , she reached the ICU …. The doctor lead her to Sudheer’s  bed .. he is in a new bed that time , priya’s lips broadened , as she smiled ……

The doctor said “Mr.Sharma ……” sudheer turned his face to the doctor , while he continued , “ dekhiye …. Kaun ayi hain app se milne ….” Sudheer smiled … , doc allowed priya to be wd sudheer  for 5 mins only , priya nodded ,with a smile .

After the doc left , priya settled on the stool , she smiled , and caressing her father’s hair , she said “ abb jaldi se theek hoke iss ICU se cabin mein chaliye , phir app ki accha se class lungi …..” sudheer smiled and , as he is having the oxygen mask and was not able to talk …sudheer showed his hand to ask for pihu , priya taking his hand on hers said “papa , mein aa gayi hoo naa ..sab theek ho jayega ..trust me … papa …. Aur abb app uss barein mein abhi bilkul bhi nahi sochenge …. Samjhe aap … pehle theek ho jayiye … dono milke samna karenge naa….” Priya smiled , and her father smiled back too ….

The doctor came back , and said “ Mrs.Kapoor chaliye app se kuch baat karni hain .. and Mr.Sharma bahut jald theek ho jayenge …. Trust me … kuch hi dino mein …. Unhe hum log iss ICU se cabin mein shift bhi kar denge , if he be obedient to us ….” 

“ yes !! he will be .. hain naa papa …’ priya smiled and looked at sudheer , who smiled back , priya stood up and left with the doctor , the doctor took priya to the lobby , and said “ Mrs.Kapoor , your father is stable now , but I cant say that he is out of danger , abhi koi bhi aisa baat , ya aise koi insaan inke samne naa aye jiski waja se inki tabiyaat aur bigar jaye … one thing is clear he trusts you ..blindly and more over , he was waiting for you …. As if he wanted to share his pain wd you only ….” 

“now what should we do ….” Priya asked ,

The doctor continued “ abhi … I will allow you , your brother and your husband to meet him , until and unless , he get out of danger ,and be able to talk ….” 

“ ok …. I will convey this to others …..” priya said ….

“ then ok … meet you in the evening …” the doctor smiled and vanished inside the ICU again …. Priya waited for the lift… she came out of the hospital , and called ram … ram with in a second received the call , and asked priya about sudheer , and as priya informed the good news about sudheer ji , he got excited , priya informed him that she will be visiting Sharma house then kapoor industries … ram said that the car is already there .. they disconnected the call , and walked to parking ,  noticing the Mistress , the driver opened the door , of the car , priya got in , and instructed the driver , to take her to Sharma House …..

Kapoor Mansion …

Pihu was in her room , khush knocked ….. pihu said “come in ….”  Khush came in and looked at pihu , she was playing Games in PSP … pihu looked at khush , she smiled , khush smiled back and settled on the bean bag …. By her ….

“pihu .. tuje nahi lagta tu kuch bhool rahi hain ….”  Khush said ….

Pausing the game pihu said “ no I m not khush .. ek baat bata , nanu aisi halat mein hain , and I didn’t wanted to agitate mom more now , let nanu be fine , I will inform mom about vyom .. please yaar itna toh trust kar sakta hain mujh par … nahi kar sakta bol …”

Khush didn’t replied , pihu said “ I know khush I have done something , which made every one , look after me like a traitor …”

‘ no pihu I trust you , but I don’t like Vyom …” khush made face …

“ tell me one thing if it was some one else decent like you , rather more than you , and take it .. just take it haan , ki I supposed to have a relation wd that guy … can you take it ….??” Pihu asked …

‘ sochiyo maat … udhar hi zinda daphan kar dunga ….” Khush said ….

‘ that’s it khush … you are my brother , and no one can see their sis in n e other’s arms, but trust me Vyom is a nice guy ….” Pihu said …

‘ guy nahi … gai hain … samjhi …” khush stood up …

“ khush …. Dekh yaar vyom ke barein mein mom ko th bata dungi but … he is a nice guy …. Plz aisa maat soch uske baien mein please yaar …”  pihu said

“now don’t say that you like him ….pihu …’ khush said …..

“ no yaar ..” pihu shouted ,,,…. , “ khush we are just friends ….yaar …”

“ ok a boy 5-6 years elder  than you is your friend …’ khush shouted …

“ shut up yaar …. We are … I mean .. kiss generation mein hain tu haan ….” Pihu shouted back …

“ I just don’t believe this pihu , you are fighting with me for that third person …” khush returned back …

“ and I also don’t believe that … tu mere pe sakh kar raha hain …” pihu countered …

“ just shut up pihu rather why I m talking wd you ….” Khush shouted …

“ really … don’t talk just leave ….” Pihu turned back … khush in anger left from there …. Pihu was also funming in anger  …

Sharma House …

Priya entered as karthik opened the door , with a smile priya entered , karthik behind her said ‘ di doctor maa ko dekhke gaye hain ….she is having Low B.P ..”

Priya said “ kheyal rakh maa ka ….”

“ mein hospital …’ karthik stopped as priya said “ no need mein abhi udhar se hi aa rahi hoon …’ priya poured water in glass ..

“kaise ..kaise hain papa …” karthik asked impatiently …

“hmm maa kaha hain ….” Priya walked to the bedroom , and behind her karthik walked inside the bedroom asking for sudheer ji’s health ….

Priya sat infront of shipra , and resting her head on her lap , said “ maa … bahut din app ke godi mein sir rakh ke nahi soyi hoon …aaj sula doo thodi der ke liye ….” Shipra looked at her daughter and caressed her head …. Priya sat straight as tear drop fell on her head …

“maa….” Priya wiped shipra’s tear ,, and continued “ naa .. app ke liye kuch nahi hua hain maa .. jo hua hain … uske liye koi aur hi zimmedaar hain ….but ….” Priya asked karthik to sit by her … ,after karthik sat , priya taking her mom’s and brother’s hand on her’s and said  “ I have some news for you … Natasha nahi hain … school mein haain … par mujhe abhi batana padega .. and mujhe KI jana padega …. Time nahi hain …. Pihu aur khush ko bhi thodi baatein batani hain .. toh with out dragging …  PAPA HAS REGAINED HIS SENSE …mein milke aa rahi hoon …” karthik and shipra smiled and hugged priya …..

“accha sham ko karthik aur Mr.kapoor milenge papa se ..kal hum log milenge …aur ek baar papa ICU se cabin mein shift ho jaye … toh jab chahien mil sakte hain … “ priya said looking at shipra ,who nodded in agreement ….

Priya stood up and asked karthik to reach the hospital by 5 with family … and she again hugging them left for the Kapoor Industries …..

Kapoor Mansion …

Pihu was standing alone in the balcony of her room , he phone ranged for the third time , and that time she received the call , it was from vyom ….

‘ haan vyom bolo .. wo I was not in the room …”pihu clarified …

“ pihu I don’t want an clarification .. just wanted to know how you are .. and how’ s your trip going on …”  vyom asked ….

“ wo vyom … I m in Mumbai now ….” Pihu said

‘ what !!! you are here ,…. All ok naa ..” vyom showed concern …

“yes I mean it’s a family issue …” pihu paused , as vyom said “ can we meet ..for coffee you are not sounding okay can we meet …. For a coffee , just wanted to share your pain ….” 

Pihu in mind said “ why this boy is thinking o much for her “ but on the second thought , she wanted to have a break , as from two days she is in stress and her fight with khush … made her more agitated … she said “ yep why not …. I will be meeting you by 11 Barista … by our school ….” 

“ ok It will be convenient for me too , as my college is near the school ……” vyom disconnected the call saying ‘ meet you soon ….” Pihu smiled and disconnectd the call….

She then called priya ….. priya was then in the car , her phone rang she received the call …..

‘ yes beta …” priya said ….

‘ mom how’s nanu …..” pihu asked …

‘ I have informed dadi …. Forgot to inform you beta , sorry … he has regained consciousness and now he is stable ….” Priya replied ….

‘ thts wonderful…” pihu said …

‘ kya chahiye ….” Priya asked ….

“ mom I just called …” pihu paused when priya said “ teri maa mein hooon baccha , tu meri maa nahi hain ..chahiye kya ?”

‘ mom permission …” pihu said …..

“ for what …” priya asked again ….

‘ mom .. wo … mom ….. wo … mom pakhi hain naa …” pihu said ..

“ hmm … toh ….” Priya asked pihu to say further …

‘ mom … uske saath coffee k liye ..actually wo school jaa rahi hain ..admission karwane waiting list mein thi ..abhi confirm hua , toh she was asking me to come , with her , and after that a coffee …can I go …” pihu said ….

“ hmmm… ok …when …..” priya asked again and pihu said that at 11 they are supposed to be at school and after the admission they will be going for coffee ….

‘ ok 1 baje tak ghar aajana ok .. and you have money naa …” priya asked …

‘ haan mom .. I have ….” Pihu said …

‘ok … gari leke jana … and 1 baje taka aa jana ..dadi ko bata k jana ok …’ priya smiled , and disconnected the call …

Pihu thanked her stars that her mom didn’t catch her red handed …  she checked her purse then went down stairs and she came to know that priya has informed her dadi about her outing over phone and also assigned Shankar kaka (the senior most Driver of the Kapoor’s) to take pihu to school and then to coffee shop ….

Pihu then cursed her stars as Shankar kaka can inform everything to her mother , but she calmed down , to hide her tension , and in mind she said to herself , “calm down pihu you can handle it ….”

Kapoor Industries …

Priya walked inside , the employees stood up seeing the Mistress there …  priya walked to the upstairs to ram’s cabin , jenny stood up , she remembered priya’s anger from the last encounter , she rushed to priya …. ‘good morning mam….’ Jenny said

‘ good morning …” priya smiled … she continued “ where is Mr.kapoor…’

“ mam ..sir is in a meeting wd the Delegates ….” Jenny gulped a lump in the throat , to hear further from priya ..

‘” ok .. I will wait here in the lobby …’ priya said ….and walked to the couch …

“mam …’ jenny stopped priya , she turned to her …

“mam ..wo … sir is in conference please come with me ….’ Jenny requested priya …

“ where .. I mean l can wait jenny …’ priya was about to sit on the couch , jenny came near her and said “ mam you are THE LADY .. I cant let you wait here , please come to sir’s cabin , guest waiting room which ever you will prefer …’

“ ok …Mr.Kapoor’s cabin …’ priya stood staright .. jenny took priya to ram’s cabin , priya settled herself on the chair … and looking at jenny said “ jenny don’t be afraid of me .. I m not going to eat you neither your work …”

Jenny smiled , and asked if priya want n e thing ..

“ yes .. first mr.kapoor’s lap top nd coffee …” priya said …

“ ok mam,,…” jenny placed ram’s laptop infront of priya and left to get coffee for her .. priya opened the word pad in the laptop and start typing some stuff , jenny came back after few minutes and gave priya the coffee cup , priya smiled , jenny left …

After 2 hours ram came back to his cabin … priya smiled and stood up ….

“ you should have called me ….” Ram came and briefly hugged priya , she hugged him back … ram holding priya’s hand lead her to the couch and made her sit ….

‘toh papa aab theek hain ….” Ram asked …..

“ haan …. Abhi stable hain …. And I know bahut jald theek ho jayenge ….”  Priya said ….

“ hmmm.. wo delegates lunch hain and jenny has informed me that you are here so , I said them that my beautiful wife will be there at the lunch ….” Ram said wrapping his arm around priya , she made a face in disagreement ….

‘ abb naa kahogi toh meri business mein bhi asar padega naa…” ram said …

“ ram you want to say that I m an eye candy …’ priya asked …

‘ no .. its about commitment … I committed that you will come and now if you will not come , kya sabit hoga , ki meri jubaan ki koi kimmat nahi hain …. Abb if you want that ….” Ram paused with a naughty smile , as priya said ‘ ok … but before that I want to show you something ….”

“ hmm bolo …’ ram leaned back ….

Priya walked to the table , taking the laptop she came back , and showed a word file to ram ….

‘kya hain yeh …”  ram looked at the file , and reading it he said “ kya yeh priya …”

‘ routine .. ram pihu and khush are in the vital satge mein janti hoon aap chahein toh kahi bhi admission karwa sakte hian app in dono ka but I want them to perform .. isi liye yeh do saal they have to follow my rules …”

“ ok …. So Monday to Friday … school private classes studies … and Saturday …. School studies … and dinner outing …. Monday .. its off for them …. And only one half … yaar pura din chutti de do naa …”  ram said …

“ no ..never … coz … its higher secondary …meine toh socha hain ..Saturday .. after dinner , papa ke paas chod ayungi dono ko ….” Priya said

‘ really …” ram came near to priya , she looked surprisingly to ram , when he said “ toh phir toh time toh pura mera …. Hain naa…’

Priya smiled and hitting softly on his fore head she said ‘ aap bhi naa …’….. ram titled his fore head on her’s and knocked her forehead softly …  he leaned forward to priya …. Then only his phone on the table rang … they got concerned  , ram said ‘arey yaar ….”

“jayiye …” priya pushed ram from herself …. Ram walked to the table and receiving the call, he came to know that the lunch is ready … ram said that they are coming in minutes ….. ram walked to priya , and extending his hand to her , said “ chaliye .. madam …” priya smiled and keeping her hand on his said stood up , they walked out from the cabin to the Dining hall ….
