Part 79

RAM was in his study , when vikram came in , he is engulfed in thought of priya , and her behavior … vikram came to meet him , he smiled looking at ram , who was literary unaware of the fact that vikram is there only …. Clearing his throat ,vikram made ram aware of his presence ….

‘toh !!! priya ko miss kar raha hain !!!” vikram sat on the chair …..

“ nahi …..” ram looked down ….

“ ram , ek din hi hua hain … and …. You are missing her …. So what you will do , when she will leave for Australia ….” Vikram asked ….

“vikram , aisa kuch nahi hain … tu samjh naa…. Aise mein .. nothing else …” ram neglected vikram

“accha…” vikram stopped looking at ram’s phone , he smiled and said “ priya calling ….” Ram looked back into his phone , he took the call …

“ haan bolo ….” Ram said …

“ I have no intention to disturb you.. i….” priya was just irritating ram , he cuts priya and said “ please priya cut the crap and tell for what you have called me , and if you really don’t want to waste my  time , plz tell for what you have called ….” Ram shouted , vikram looked suspiciously at ram ….

“ oh!!! I know you are a busy person … why should you wait for me .. or my call !!” priya said reluctantly ….

“ shut up !!! just shut up !!!” ram stood up , ‘ you are irritating me from that day … and now it’s really tough for me to take … and if you will get happy to know that I m getting bored wd you and now my interest is on jenny then yes , that’s true what you really think about …..now happy you are !!!!” 

There is no response from priya’s side , for few seconds , ram leaned back to the chair , priya spoke, “ mr.kapoor , I called you coz I wanted you and pihu here … at Shirdi … can you come wd the kids …”

“ that’s all you wanted to say ….’ Ram asked . yes was the answer from priya …..

“ then I should remind you priya , pihu is not in a position to move right now …. And her health is more important than your wish right now for me ….” Ram replied harshly to priya …

“ ok !! as you wish ….” Priya said …

“ bye …” ram disconnected the call …… priya wiped her tears , she stood up and went to the family , and said that she wants to go back to Mumbai , and if they have a plan to stay few days at shirdi , she will leave for Mumbai alone , karthik felt restlessness in his sister … he affirmed his sister that they will leave for Mumbai that evening only ……

Back in Mumbai .. Ram’s cabin ….

“ abb bolega kya hua hain ?/” vikram demanded an answer from ram …

“ yaar priya kya pagal ho gayi hain !!! I mean how can she think that I will think about someone else … and that jenny !!! uss jenny ke liye I m neglecting her , how can she think that !!!i think she has officially lost it !!!” ram was very angry …..

“ hmm!! I c …” vikram said , as ram looked to him ad asked back ‘ kya samjha !!”

“ isse insecurity nahi kehte hain ram , isse bechaini kehtein hain !!!” vikram said …. Ram raised his eye brow and said “ matlab ??”

‘ matlab ….’ Vikram stood up and coming to ram , he said “ ek baat bata , last priya ko le kar kab bahar gaya tha tu , means akela thoda time spend kiya …. Sirf tum dono …. Wd out the kids ….” Ram thought and  looked blankly to vikram ……

“ dekha you don’t even remember ….” Vikram sat back and said “ ram , manta hoon bacche ho jane ke baad priorities badal jati hain zimmedari baar jati hain , par , thoda time apne liye nikal hi sakta hain naa… priya ke liye ….. wo khud bhi nahi janti kya chahti hain wo …. Yaar take her some where , and kuch din baad tu aur priya alag hone wale hain , hum sab jab yeh sochtein hain we get so restless , aur ek baar soch uske baadein mein , jeene wali hain , yeh sadma …. Kaisi jeeyegi bechari … ram le kahi par use , bahut door , sirf tere saath… gussa hain .. par thanda ho jayega gussa …le jaa use ..”

“ par bacche bhi hain …..aur pihu ko idhar sidd aur Ayesha .. nahi jaa sakta …” ram said

“ pihu aur khush ki zimmedari meri hain , god father hoon dono ka …. Kya tere bacche mere bacche nahi hain …. I will take them somewhere , mein neha , baccho ke saath chalenge kahi ghumne .. jab tak tum dono wapis nahi aa jate ho … dono ki zimmedari meri aur neha ki … trust nahi hota ….” Vikram smiled ….

“ trust … apne app par bhi itna trust nahi hain , jitna tuj pe hain !!! samjha ….” Ram walked to vikram , he stood up and hugged each other ….

“ kaha jaiye ga bol … I will book the tickets …” vikram said breaking the hug , “ Switzerland . Mauritius , Venice, Vegas..where ?? bol .. toh sahi ….”

“ I know where to take her …. Jo jagah bola naa wo baccho se poochle … meri aur priya ki chinta chod , wo meine soch liya hain ….. mein sara plan kar lunga tu baccho ko samhal …hmmm….” Ram said naughtily ….

“ waise jane kaha wala hain !!!” vikram asked again ….

‘ wahi !! jo mera dream place hua karta tha  jab college mein tha , jaha mein HoneyMoon ke liye jana chahta tha , if I really love someone and marry her ….” Ram smiled , vikram smiled back and their smiled turned into a laugh , they hugged again …..

Vikram said “ Dream land right !!!” ram nodded back , “ but madam ko gussa dila diya …abb toh shirdi jaa ke hi gussa khatam hoga , pihu doctor se baat kar leta hoon ek check karwa ke , shirdi ke liye nikal jata hoon pihu aur khush ko lekar ….”

“hmmm….’ Vikram said ……

Ram’s phone rang again ….. he got the call from nutz …. Ram took the call , ‘ haan choti bol …”

“ bhai !!! wo priya ne mujhe call karne ke liye kahan ….. wo hum log wapis aa rehe hain ….” Nutz said , “ yehi inform karne ke liye kaha ….. we will start today evening ….”

‘ ok !!” ram disconnected the call, “ baapre fire ho chuki hain ..”

‘ kya hua !!!” vikram asked , ram informed him that priya and other’s are coming back and I he guessed that priya did this getting angry over him ….

That Night ……

Pihu and khush were at the dine then , ram didn’t said them about priya’s arrival , to give them surprise …. Priya walked into the hall , pihu smiled when her eyes fell on her mom …. She jumped from the chair and screamed “MOOOOOOmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!’ pihu ran to priya hugged her ,…. “ I missed you mom !!”

“ I missed you too beta ….” Priya smiled ….

‘ and why didn’t you inform about your return !!!’ pihu asked …

Priya looked at ram , giving a reluctant smile , she said ‘ aise hi beta .. surprise dena tha app dono ko …” priya walked to khush , caressing his head she said ‘ kaisa hain …”

‘ bahut accha !!!” khush hugged priya ….. she took blessings from kk , she gave presad to everyone including ram , but she neglected him …..After spending sometime wd kids and kk , priya went upstairs to her bedroom , she found ram there .. he was in his kurta pajama … sitting on the couch …. He looked at priya , who stole her eyes and went to the changing room … ram pressed the button of the intercom to call at the kitchen , he asked bansi kaka to take dinner for him and his mistress in their room ….

As ordered by the master … bansi kaka , came wd the dinner , ram took the dinner from him and asked him to inform the family not to disturb him….. bansi kaka nodded and left from there …. Priya came out of the changing room after sometime .. she stopped , and looked at the room …. She found the room dark , few candles are burning on the table , the food is kept there …. She rushed to switch board shouting “ who did this ???” she was about to switch on the lights ram clutched her hand and dragged her to himself , he hugged her tight , he whispered “ priya !!! I love you baby .. I m sorry , for being rude to you this morning .. I m sorry …..”

She closed her eyes , wd her full force , priya pushed ram from her , switching on the lights she said “ mr.kapoor , journey karke ayi hoon thaki huyi hoon don’t you get that …. I need rest app ki weird si wishes poori karne ki koi machine nahi hoon mein ….” She was rude , priya moved to the  bed , taking out her pillow , she threw it on the couch , she took a blanket from the changing room , and lied down on the couch …

“ what is this priya !!! why are you behaving like a kid ??haan !!!” ram asked turning to priya ….

‘ good night mr.kapoor , so jayiye …” priya closed her eyes …..

“ ok …. Dinner kar lo ….” Ram shouted !!!

“ I m not hungry …!! So jayiye and let me sleep …..” priya turned her back to ram ….

Ram looked at priya , then sat on the safe infront of the table , where the candles still remained lighted … he leaned back and unaware of the fact , they slept ….. priya on the couch and ram on the sofa ….

Next morning !!!!

Pihu woke up early in the morning ….. she looked at the time and called nutz …. Nutz received the call on the other side …

‘ hey hi pihu …” nutz said , ‘ good morning …” she wished ….

“ good morning !!! bua , what happened there , and I have to cancel my plan … and luckily I canceled nahi toh .. kya ho jata hain kya pata ….” Pihu said …

‘ sounding tensed .. what you were planning to do …actually …” nutz asked …

‘ aur kya papa ke phone se vyom se modulation kit se mom ko phone karwati and then he would have spoke the dialogues written by me ….” Pihu replied …

‘ KYA !!!!!” nutz stood up .. screaming out ….. “ pata hain what blunder you were going to do … aur badh jata dono ka jhagra….”

“ I know that’s why I cancelled it and accepted what ever mom dad is deciding for me …” pihu said sadly ….

“ ok ….but pihu always remember whatever your parents will do for you will be the best for you …’ nutz said , she looked up as karthik came and asked for his tie from nutz , even her kids were also getting late for school … she said “ pihu , I meet you after noon ok , abhi BB and mamu koi school and office bhejna hain ….”

“ yep !!! you go bua… I will wait for you ….”  Pihu and nutz disconnected the call .. pihu got out of the bed , and managed her bedroom properly , she dressed up properly ….. for breakfast , for the new day

Raya’s bedroom

Priya woke up as the sunlight invaded the bedroom …. She stretched her hands out over her head and yawned …. He eyes feel on ram sleeping on the sofa , then at the table where the dinner is properly kept , the burnt out candles …. She sat up , she felt little bad for what she did wd ram …. When she saw ram moving in his sleep , she got out from the couch , took the blanket to the changing room ….

After a while priya came out from the changing room , and found ram still sleeping … she took the plates from the table kept it on the trolley, the sounds made ram come out of his slumber …. Priya looked at ram , he looked back and wished her morning …. Wishing him back , priya said “ I want to talk wd you …. And its urgent !!!”

“ haan bolo …..” ram said ….. he sat straight ….

“ meine ek faisla liya hain ….” Priya said sitting on the sofa by ram’s side

“ kya !!!’ ram sounded tensed …

‘ I will not punish pihu .. a lonely life …” priya answered .. but ram didn’t get what priya actually wanted to tell him , priya then said “ I will not send pihu to Australia …. She will study here she is a bright student and I will take care of her , that I assure you from my side , and also give you words that our daughter will not let us down ….”

‘ I know she will not let us down but I m not in favor to keep her here ….” Ram said

“ mr.kapoor , galatiyan bacche kartein hain and I know my daughter wo galatiyon se bhagne wolon mein se nahi hain , wo galatiyon  se sikhne walo mein se hain ….. and pehli baar galati kiya hain , aur sab se door kar denge hum use , itni badi saza … apne family se door toh use jana hi hain .. kisi aur ki amanat hain .. jab wo insaan uske life mein ayega .. tab toh use jana hi padega , but abhi toh use jeene dijiye sab ke beech mein …” priya said …

“ priya agar tumhe , jane se inkaar hain then .. tum maat jao … but pihu ko idhar rakhna khatrein se khali nahi hain …” ram stood up ….

“ ek baat boliye mujhe jab pihu udhar sab ko dekhegi , sab apne families ke saath rehte hain sab ke pass wo insaan hain jise har baccha apne zindigi ka hero mante hain , sab ke pass papa hain tab kya wo theek reh  payegi , ek mahina do mahina toh beet jayega … kya wo 5-6 saal beeta payegi …. Kya app chahtein hain ki app ki beti badi ho kar sab se kehe ki mein badkismaat thi , mujhe sab k saath rehna ka naseeb nahi hua …. And when the world will ask the reason , what she will answer ..ki uski galati ke waja se yeh hua tha ……” priya stopped as ram looked up …. Priya smiled and continued “ wo sab se chupayegi … kyun ki yeh uske liye ek saza hi hoga … mr.kapoor , sab se jhoot bolegi ….. but agar hum dono mil ke use iss galati ko sudharne mein help karein , toh yeh galati ek din uske liye ek shikh baan jayegi …. Uss galati ke liye wo apne app ko kosegi nahi …..” priya stopped as ram looked down and stepped to the window …..

Exhaling a deep breath priya said “ ok , app jo chaheinenge wahi hoga …. Mein baas apne bacchi ki bhalai chahti hoon ..age app ki marzi … jo bhi app ki decision hogi .. I will accept it …. With out any argument,  that I promise you ….’ Priya left from there …..

Ram looked back , he exhaled a deep breath , closing his eyes , he went to change …..
