Part 43

 Ram and priya spet an ample time wd Peehu and khush playing wd them they had their dinner at their room itself ..wd khush and Peehu …. The kids were tiered and they slept little quick. Priya came out and found ram talking wd KK over phone.ram’s eyes meet priya who was going in for change , He stopped her and handed over the pjone. Priya smiled and took the phone.. and started her conversation wd Krishna ji.

Krishna ji asked her about her health about her tour to spain is she enjoying or not , the general questions . Krishna ji stopped her query when she found something wrong with priya as she is only answering her in yes or no , Krishnaji affectionaltely asked her ‘ beta what happened…” priya was not so strong to hide her emotions from Her mother in law.. she sobbed and said “ maa…” which made KK bit more tensed . she became even bit more eager to know what happened to her, she also asked her if ram has said her n e thing. Priya sobbed and said “ maa… mein budi hoon naa…” Krishna ji got surprised wd priya’s behavior and asked her to calm down first.. priya settled at one corner of the bed . ram was noticing her constantly he gave water to her. Priya looked up and took the water. Ram was not that kind of son who will interfare between the conversation of a daughter in law and mother in law.. he left to the kids room silently ..only once keeping his hand on priya’s shoulder…

Krishna ji demanded an answer from priya about her emotional break down. Priya wiped her tears and said what really happened and she was so open wd Krishna kapoor when she really needs Krishna ji always gave her the right path to follow.. Krishna ji heard from priya very carefully about what happened… Krishna ji left a breath of relief and thanked god about ram and khush’s relation .. and then she said “ priya .. I m your Mother in law and ram’s mother… if I want I can interfare between you and him and showing my ordersity and can try to sort out the problem and this may happen that .. your and ram’s problem will get solved .. but ….” Priya repeated but to her and Krishna ji said that .. it may lead them to even more deeper misunderstanding.. and that she don’t want to happen between them n e more. Priy got to understand her point. Krishna ji like a caring mom asked priya to sort out the problem .. she always consider her as a matured woman who always takes correct decisions, she left the decision to her and priya said that she will try to cope up wd the situation… by her own …. Krishna ji was happy to hear her… she asked her to take rest .. and it was late night at india too .. so she will also have to go fro sleep … she also gave the news of nutz and other family members and then wishing eachother good they disconnected the call…

Priya cleared her tears and slapshed water on her face … and then went to the kids room .. she found ram watching cartoons…. Priya moved to him and called him by his name…

----Hmm bolo….

--- phone app ka…..

He took the phone and concentrated on the cartoon again…..

Priya  looked at him …..

Ram looked up and switched off the television he stood up and said “ come outside then say what u want to say,,” , saying he left the room and priya followed.

Priya sat on the bed…

Ram started the conversation breaking the silence…..

---- kya hua priya … why you are so … broken down… what happened… can u share it wd me….” He waited for her reply ….

---- mr.kapoor….. he stopped her and said ‘ look priya firstly plz stop me calling by that mr.kapoor .. I feel like biwi nahi koi aur hi hain…”

---sorry ram…. It became a habit for me..

--ok say … what you were saying…..

--- wo mein,,… I m sorry what I did today .. I really dnt remember what I said what I did… after getting drunk .. app mujhe rok rehe the but mein….i m sorry….”

--- bass itni si baat… look priya I m not angry wd u … I just … I m not against ur drinking too.. arey aaj ki auraat ho … chalta hain… ghumne ayi hoo but my point was u cnt handle yourself after drinks and idhar we are with our kids .. tum bolo agar Peehu aur khush tumhe uss halat meinn dekh lete what they would have thought about you .. tell me…. And baby I dnt want …. Ki tum baccho ki nazron mein gid jao….”

Priya looked at her changed husband….. ram looked at her…… perfect eyelock …. Ram looked down and came near her and taking her hand on his and placing it between his palms said “ look priya …. I love you … aur yeh pyaar … kabhi kaam nahi hoga….. do u get that…..”

Priya looked at him with moist eyes…..

Ram putting his arms around her pulled her near him …priya rested her head on his shoulder and keeping one hand on his heart said “ ram app mere pehle jaise ram ban jayiye naa. Plz…. App aise bahut …. Door door lagte hain … plz ,mere pehle jaise ram baan jayiye …..”

Ram closed his eyes and controlling his emotion said “ baby so jao …. U need to take rest … plz .. so jao …..”

Priya sat straight and wiped her tears  she obeyed ram and lied down…. Ram covered her wd a quilt nd lied down…. Priya turned other side to hide her tears… ram knew that priya is crying … he said “ priya ghar ki badi bahu ko aise baat baat pe rona sobha nahi deta .. ghar ke liye accha  nahi hota .. so plz.. control urself….”

Priya controlled herself and said “ sorry …. Good night….”

Ram was lying straight … he also wished her good night … and ram priya wd love at heart … dozed off to sleep ………..

Morning came to their life .. priya made the kids ready …. Khush left wd ram to ne-vi’s room

Peehu stopped her mamma and said “ mamma when is my result..”priya smiled and said that its on next week… Peehu again said “ mamma I will give u one surprise .. in this festival … of our school….”

Priya now got little surprised to hear the word surprise from her little princess.. she sat on the bed and called Peehu near her and again asked her what she wants to give her….peehu again said that she want to surprise her mamma and papa to o….. priya smiled looking at her ….

Peehu smiled back and asked her mamma why she is smiling… priya put a kajal mark behind her ear lobe and said “ meri bacchi ko kisi ki nazar naa lage…” she smiled and Peehu sweetly smiled back and said “ mamma…” priya smiled broad and hugged her little princess and said “ my little princess kitni badi ho gayi hain … itni si thi tum…..’peehu broke the hug and said “ kitni si ….” Priya said “ bilkul doll jaisi …. Itni choti si….” She showed her a measurement by her hand… Peehu made faces and said “ nahi ….” Priya in turn said “ yes…..”

--- nahi --- Peehu said…

--- yes came the reply from priya …..

They giggled together and Peehu said “ mamma ….. mein aisa chota sa baby nahi dekhi hoon kabhi app mujhe dikhayenge….”

Priya turned Peehu to her and said “ haa jarur nutz bua … layenge naa.. app ke liye ek chota sa nanha sa baby…..”

--- really mamma……

--priya smiled and said “ yes really now you say app ko kya chahiye bhai ya behen ….”

---- brother… no sister .. no … brother … no sister…. She made a puppy face and said “ I want both ….”

Priya rolled her eyes and said “ now this cant be possible ….app ko ya toh bhai milega ya for behen …..”

Peehu “ mamma bua kahan se baby layengi ….”

--priya thought for a while what to answer .. she thought for a while and said “ hmmm ….jaha se mamma ne app ko laya tha… waha se….”

--- Peehu said “ then bua mujhe bhai la denge aur app sister….’

Priya was taken aback by Peehu’s answer and she stammered , she said while stammering… “ beta mamma sister nahi la sakti hain….”

---kyun nahi ..app ne hi toh kaha jaha se app ne mujhe laya tha waha se bua bhi baby layenge toh app phir se le aao naa ek behan …..”

Priya was short of words and she didn’t know what to answer her little princess… she was searching for a perfect answer which can take her out of the awkward situation… she looked nervous… Peehu lifted her mom’s face by her chin and said “ kya hua mamma… app behen nahi toh bhai le aao mein nutz bua ko kahungi wo mere liye sister le aye….”

Priya got an answer .. she said “ aa Peehu app ke liye toh bhai .. la diya hain mamma ne.. khush…..”

Peehu stamped her feet constantly and said “ no I need a baby brother…….plz mamma plz …plz… plz…plz…” priya raised her voice and said “ ok ok ..ok ok…”

Peehu became happy and said “ ye ye mamma maan gayi mamma maan gayi …..”

Priya stopped Peehu and said “ no beta .. mamma nahi mani hain … mamma will think … if you behave like a good kid …. A good student.. then mamma will think .. and talk wd papa……”

Peehu “ kyun papa kyun … baby toh mamma log late hain naa….”

Priya released a deep breath and said “ baby app ko samjha nahi sakti aur … app samjh bhi nahi sakte so …  app .mamma par chod do…plz…..”

---- ok …. I love you mamma……

--- I love you too beta priya said her placing a kiss on her forehead .. and the daughter and mom left for break fast …..

The days are passing …. Ram priya were happy to spend time wd their kids they spend maximum time wd the kids … they never tried to come closer to each other …. They were happy to be with their kids …. And slowly the day came when they have to come back to india .. they were at the Madrid international airport security check …..

Ram priya sat side by side .. on the air bus….

Ram was silent so do priya until all the lights went off….

Ram looked at priya who was leaning back wd eyes closed…. He kept his hand on her head and priya opened her eyes wd her warm touch ….. priya sat straight and asked ram if he wants n e thing… ram said yes he wants  to talk wd her… priya sat properly and said “ yes … boliye….”

Ram sat straight and asked her if she has enjoyed the holiday or not … priya smiled and sweetly answered  “ yes ram very much with you and kids and neha vikram … and their kids I could never have a boring holiday I really really enjoyed the trip ….”

Ram smiled and said “ but this time I felt you dnt enjoyed the trip like me……”

Priya was surprised to hear from ram that he has not enjoyed the trip … she asked ram about the reason .. but ram denied to answer her …. Priya insisted … him to answer … ram leaned back and said “ tht u know very well mrs. Priya ram kapoor….” He put on his sleeping mask and said “ good night …..”

Priya didn’t replied him … she also leaned back …………

The kapoors landed back ………. In Mumbai ……..

Kapoor Mansion…

“Dadi…………………………” Peehu screamed .. and ran inside the hall… followed by khush and priya and ram came behind them …. Priya had put on fake smile on her face for her family ..

Khush also came running in wd them. Priya and ram took blessings from the elders . dadi asked priya to sit by her and asked her about the trip . priya sweetly described spain in short to her. After spending some time wd dadi and KK priya came to nutz room… she saw sudheer and karthik there . priya took blessings from sudheer nd hugging nutz said “ kaisi hain theek hain naa….”

Nutz rolled her eyes to karthik and said “ nahi priya I m half dead ..” priya looked at karthik and said” kya kiya isne….”

Nutz sat properly and said “you ask what he … I mean kal raat ko 3 baje jaga kar poochta hain nutz .. is the baby moving…..?? RIcululous… priya smiled looking at them sudheer smiled too. Sudheer said “ janti hain priya tere time pe bhi mein  teri maa ko aise hi tang karta tha.. “ priya smiled broadly and said “ app ke damad toh … I remember that day still when Peehu first time kicked me and .. ram … pure din mere paas hi the… just to feel his child.. and nutz yeh papa log hote hi aise hain .. takleef hum jhele aur maze yeh log uthaye….” Nutz joined hands wd priya and said “ yes….. correct….”

They had a light moment …..together ….
