BALH Paanch Saal Baad Part 110

Part 110.

“I suddenly feel like being transported back into the days when Dadi handed us our honeymoon tickets.” Priya scorned as she entered the room behind Ram.

“So what? You could have said no to Pihu, if you have problem to travel with me.” Ram retorted.

“I want to know when and how this idea came into Pihu's brain to send us to honeymoon chapter 2.”

“What did you name it?”

“Not me it’s your daughter who named it so. “Honeymoon chapter 2.”” Priya held up the envelope overleaf. It was written there in bold letter with red ink.

Taking it from her hand, Ram looked carefully. “Natasha. It's Choti's hand writing. No Pihu's.” He threw the envelope on the bed. “Now where are you going?” Ram scowled as Priya walked away. “We need to find a solution to this mess.”

“Do we have any other choice? You think so?” Priya walked to the changing room followed by Ram.

“What do you mean?”

“Your daughter has blackmailed us. We have to go this way or that. I have checked with the package details. We have to sustain each other for 4 days only. I can do that for your daughter.” Priya pulled out a trolley and sat on the floor abruptly. “Now pass me what you will take along. And if you are not coming please let me go. I have never visited Ooty ever.”

~~

Pihu gave an envelope to her parents which had air tickets to Coimbatore. A booking receipt of Cab service, Booking receipt of Fernhills Royal Palace. The second envelope was kept intact. It read “Open it on second day of your honeymoon.”

Ram and Priya tried to oppose the tour, which ended when Pihu said that she was sure that her misdeeds were yet to be forgiven by her parents. They had to take a back seat when their Pihu got support from every elder of the house.

Using Dev as a trump card Ram tried to held back Pihu's train. But it worked against. Neither his mother nor his Dadi had any problem with Dev or his past. They agreed to discuss their wedding in details only after Ram and Priya returns from their trip.

The family stood with all their might to stop Ram and Priya from cancelling the trip. In addition to them Neha and Vikram worked as cherry on the top. Neha made sure Priya keeps her mouth shut and Vikram ensured his friend could never put the official commitment in the way of their holiday.

In short “They were trapped under a perfectly crafted and executed plan.”

~~

Flight Tickets were sponsored by Natasha. Ram and Priya took their seats on the airbus. “I am still not convinced.” Ram said sitting by Priya.

“Do one thing take the next flight back to Mumbai. I will continue with the trip alone.” Priya mocked Ram.

“Very funny. I think we should not talk with eachother.” He leaned against the seat.

Both the couple avoided talking to eachother through out the flight. It was the time when Ram carefully moved his hand around Priya, who slept with her head placed against his shoulder. Though it was uncommon for Priya to sleep in short flight, it was welcomed by Ram. He has the best view in front.

“Priya.” His soft voice slithered into her ears making her smile inwardly. She looked cutest when she smiles or blabbers or snuggles closer to him in sleep. Ram felt her to be still in sleep when she didn't react to the touch that he weaved against her bare upper arms. She took a bold move to choose a sleeveless blouse from the wardrobe with her matching silk saree. Rude to deny she caught the inner circle of his heart immediately. She looked excessively attractive and hotter than she should. Ram thought for a once.

“Priya..” he called again tightening the grip against her arm this time. He squeezed the muscles to give a little jerk to her body. “Wake up we are about to land.” Sweetness in his voice triggered Priya's soul. She took his name drawling. “Ram.. so soon.”

Her impeccable beauty and appeal were inexplicable to be avoided. Smile curled up his lips, corner of his eyes crinkled. “We are about to reach.” He said in a husky voice. An unknown desire hit him that moment, a desire to win her again.

“So soon it is.” Stretching out her hands above her head she shrugged her tiredness. “But...” Suddenly she remembered something, a feeling that again crawled up into her veins. “Ah okay okay.” Priya pulled herself with a big yawn to follow. “How much it will take from here?” Priya asked to divert her husband whose gaze was fixed to her, she knew.

“We have to wait for atleast one hour before leaving for Ooty. That's what the booking receipt directs to.” Ram said taking his gaze off from her. Smiling inwardly he made his mind to end this fight. He chalked out a plan to pacify her.

“Can't we get it after we land. I mean you can call them for a reschedule? Isn't that possible?” Priya asked.

“Why I feel you are in a hurry to reach Ooty? Is it?” Ram grinned.

“Yes.”

A sudden delight hit Ram. For a moment he thought that his wife was also thinking the same like him. “I want to sleep.” Priya’s reply broke his heart into pieces.

“Okay. I will call them once we are out from here.”

“Thanks.”

~~

As desired by Mrs. Kapoor, her husband made sure her wish to be fulfilled. After taking a 15 minutes break, the time taken by the cab service to show up, the couple where set off for Ooty.

“How long will this take?” Priya asked the driver assigned to them.

“Ma'am minimum 3 hours.”

“Okay. Mr. Kapoor please pass the water bottle.” She extended her hand towards him. “I need to take my medicines.”

Silently Ram obeyed her. After a while, when Priya was looking out to greeneries that zoomed out as the car moved towards its destination in a moderate speed, a creepy feeling hit her of being watched. “Why are you staring at me?” the first question fell pretty harshly on Ram. “Why you are giving me a feeling of being watched all the time?” the second query was harsher than earlier.

“Priya.” Ram's smiled when he felt to be watched by the driver through the looking mirror. “What are you doing Priya? Stop embarrassing me in front of him.” Ram darted his eyes to the driver.

“Then stop starring at me.” Priya snapped.

Ram took out his phone and quickly typed few words  “If someone looks so edible what the other person can do?” he hit the send key and held the phone tight in his hand.

The moment notification buzzed Priya's phone she knew it was from her husband. After reading she hurried out her reply. Her face winced as she hit the send key. “I am not butter chicken.”  Ram smiled broad reading the same.

“You are red velvet cake. *kisses*” He replied.

“Angry emoji” Priya hit back.

“Even more irresistible. Wait for me baby.” Ram replied back.

“Ram!! What happened to you? I am still upset with you. Stop pacifying me.” Ram received the reply.

“You choose to tempt me. Isn't it? Who on this earth chooses a sleeveless blouse for visiting a hill station? You are successful. I am sorry darling. Let's end this. Please. It's killing me. Let's stop fighting. I know how much you are looking for me and also me.” Ram looked up only to find Priya's gaze fixed at him. The time he took made her impatient. She stole her eyes after Ram smiled to her. Reading the reply Priya kept her phone by her side and kept her eyes glued to the opposite direction.

~~

It was 9 pm when they reached Ooty.

Priya wrapped a Kashmiri shawl over her saree after the weather outside became cold. The valet led them to their suite. Ram closed the door behind him after that his eyes fell on some tags those were arranged behind the door. He checked those quickly and came inside.

“You go and change. I will go after you” Ram said to Priya dumping him on the bed.

“Will you inform home that we reached safely and will you order something light for dinner?” She asked opening her bag to take out her night gown. She froze at her place. “What the hell?” unhappily she frowned.

“What happened now?” Ram glared at her. “Don't tell me that I have again messed up with your bag. You have checked it on your own.”

“No it is mine.. but...”

“But what Priya?” Ram lied down on the bed with his phone to call Natasha at Mumbai.

“But these are not mine.” Priya made an ugly face.

“What?”

“These night gowns. I don't wear these.” Priya stepped back from the bag. “Okay. Now I understand this mess has been made by Natasha and Pihu. Maa bhi ho sakti hain. Ram take me to a shop.” Priya looked towards her husband.

“Priya..” Ram said under his laugh. He apologised immediately after her bad looks fell on him. “Sorry. But we are married for nearly 20 years right. We have a daughter and almost some lakh times we fought and made up and I think during which...” Priya cut short Ram. “Shut up! But I can't wear all these. They have replaced my night gowns. They are all gone.”

“Where is the problem.” Ram now looked pretty annoyed by Priya's constant naggings.

“These. I will wear these in front of you.” Priya held up a lacy night gown and a satin night dress in her either hands. “Now tell me how can I wear these in front of you?”

Ram grinned ear to ear. “I have no problem with those.” He lowered his baritone next. “I am even okay with you without anything.”

“Ram.” Priya scowled. “Do something please.”

“Priya let me tell you something. Your these childish behaviour turns me on more than anything. So stop arousing me, go and change. You will look gorgeous in them. And check properly there must be some kind of house coat or gown” Ram sat up on the bed.

“Okay fine!” stomping her feet loudly on the ground she walked to the washroom and drained her frustrations on the door.

Ram walked to the trolley and smiled involuntarily finding the night gowns inside. He delved through the contents of the bag and found a satin gown matching with the night gown that Priya took with her. Keeping it by him he sat on the couch. He dialled Natasha's number and waited for her to pick it up.

“Bhai reached safely?” She asked.

“First you tell me who made these dangerous attempt by putting all those night gowns in Priya's bag?” Ram asked.

“Okay. So what Priya did with those?”

“She agreed to wear it but who among you did it?”

“Bhai does it matter? Now stop talking enjoy your stay with her.”

“You guys...” Ram froze as his eyes caught a glimpse of Priya. The night gown ended few inches below her knees. The satin perfectly fit on her body, displaying every curve and sensitive part of her body. She looked down finding her husband's lustful eyes darting towards her. “I...I call you later.” Ram’s abruptness to end the call tensed Priya. She felt weak on her knees. A feeling of being arrested on her place ran through her. Blood rushed to her cheeks making them appear red. Ram stood up and took the satin gown in one hand and his own night suit on other. He stopped near Priya, his warm breathe fell on Priya's skin making her close her eyes and gasping out her nervousness. His eyes fell on her parted lips. The changes in pulses were well felt. Ram took a step closer while Priya felt her feet glued to the floor at its place. Ram looked down to the gown that he held on the right hand. He moved his hand pretty close to her body. His hand brushed against her waist line. Her uneven breath fell on Ram. “I found this in your bag. There is another one too. Matching with the lacy one's. Use it.” He whispered in a husky voice. Tucking it into Priya's hand he walked in to the washroom.

Just when Priya felt little relaxed Ram opened the door making her most tensed. What he is going to do? She asked her. Is he going to pull me inside? She thought. Is he? Her grip tightened against the gown failing to anticipate the next move. “Order the dinner. I have not.” Ram placed a feathery kiss on her soft, almost bare shoulder which had nothing other than a satin string that hung loose down from its desired place.

Priya put the house gown over the night dress that exposed her perfectly to Ram. She took few good minutes to calm down her own desires before calling the room service. She ordered a very light supper for them.

When Ram came back to the room his eyes searched for Priya. She was no where around.

“I have ordered dinner. It will be served anytime.” Priya's voice shivered Ram. He turned to his left to find her standing with her eyes darting to the floor. “It is pretty cold here.” She brushed her hands against eachother.

“Take this.” He took the shawl and extended it to her. “I.. I will... I mean we will go for shopping tomorrow. We will fix this out first.” His eyes denied to leave its place.

“I will manage in this. But...” she paused under the unaltered gaze of Ram. “Please stop looking at me like that.” She stammered fixing her gaze to the other side.

“Priya..” he stepped near her. “Forgive me once for the last time. Please baby.” He held her tight between his arms. Pulling up her face to him by chin, he remained stunned to her flawless beauty. Her eyes were closed tight. “For the last time.” He stepped closer to her. He could feel the blood rushing through his veins. Her uneven and fast breathe said the unspoken. Lowering his face he came closest, her body brushed against his. They could feel each other even through the layers of fabric those stood like a barrier. Ram wanted to rip them apart but the door bell rang. Shivering out from the moment she pushed back Ram and stood apart.

“I..I .... think our dinner is here. Can.. can ... you please open the door for them. Please.” She said slowly.

Nodding to her he strode to the door.
